Booking:

Transportation:
Guild is responsible for round-trip airfare or round-trip mileage of $0.55/mile or current rate to and from your guild.
Payment:
All fees are due at the conclusion of the event.
Meals and Accommodations:
The guild will provide meals and accommodations for the instructor while in the area (a private home is fine). The home must be free of animals. The name, address and phone number for the accommodations must be provided prior to departure for the trip.
Additional Requirements:
The group will need to provide 2 to 3 tables. One or two tables to be used for quilts and one for patterns and fabrics that will be for sale.
Cancellation:
If on account of illness, accident, act of God or unavoidable circumstances, the party fails to appear, or the shop/guild is unable to hold the event scheduled, and a mutually satisfactory date for appearance cannot be arranged, it is hereby agreed that this contract shall be considered null and void, and there shall be no claim for damages by either party.
